These bookings have no legal character and must be confirmed by the accommodation itself in order to become effective. Check the calendar for the availability of the accommodation on the desired dates. Thank you very much.
Booking conditions:
Schedules:
Winter: check-in time from 12h and check-out until 6pm (except days of same-day check-ins and check-outs)
Summer: the weeks are booked from Friday to Friday and check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs at 10am.
Bail:
If considered appropriate a bond will be requested which will be returned after viewing the state of the home on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
* If the booking is cancelled, the payment and sign will be held for another occasion as long as sufficient advance notice is given and can be returned to the hire. Otherwise pay and signal will be forfeited.
